A born and raised California girl, Jessica Kairouz felt a passion for the beauty industry early on, and began her now 18 year beauty career as a hairstylist, excelling in customized color, styling and special occasion hair, including bridal and event hair (proms, photo shoots, etc.) for all ages.

I've been going to Flutter Lash Studio for 8 years after trying several other lash places first, and nothing compares! Jessica is amazing - so easy to talk to, friendly, absolutely beautiful inside and out, and she always listens to and accommodates my requests. My lashes come out perfect every single time. I won't trust anyone else with my lashes! Highly recommend.
